Business tax preparation

Business tax.
Better connected.

Prepare for business tax filing with accounting information organized throughout the year.

Discuss your needs
01

Start with organized information.

Your books and year-end records form the basis for return preparation.

02

Understand the boundaries.

Entity type, states, additional filings and deadlines are confirmed in the engagement.

03

Keep owner needs distinct.

Personal returns, owner-level projections and personal estimated taxes are separate from business return preparation.

Business and personal tax are related. Their scopes are different.

We work with sole proprietors, single-member LLCs, partnerships and corporations. Annual federal preparation covers the applicable business Schedule C or Form 1065, 1120-S or 1120, within scope. The complete personal Form 1040 is a separate engagement; its quote accounts for business work already covered. Extra states and entities are quoted separately.
